In February 2011, the Chace Restaurant Group opened this restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, which offers a menu from executive chef Ian Chalermkittichai. The design of the 140-seat bilevel venue is Asian-inspired, with Chinese characters decorating wood-paneled walls and gold bells hung from the ceiling. A custom oven is the focal point of the space, in the center of the open kitchen.
