The new and renovated Nashville venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown
The 306-room Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown opened its doors in February, offering a variety of spaces suitable for meetings of all sizes. The hotel boasts an outdoor pool and bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center spanning 1,000 square feet, a fifth-floor sky lobby with spectacular views, and 9,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. The expansive 2,112-square-foot Debut Room Terrace can accommodate 62 guests for banquets and up to 75 guests for receptions. For larger events, the 1,711-square-foot Debut Room can host 193 guests theater style or up to 174 for receptions. For smaller gatherings and breakout sessions, there’s a 638-square-foot Folklore Boardroom, ideal for 12 people, and the 725-square-foot Storyteller meeting space can accommodate up to 41 guests in a classroom-style configuration and up to 60 guests for banquets. Additionally, the hotel offers two Topgolf Swing Suites, each spanning 627 square feet and capable of holding 15 guests for intimate parties. There are three F&B concepts, including Lovelorn Lounge featuring new American cuisine; Lovelorn Lounge Pool Bar, which offers a selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes; and globally known Bluestone Lane.

Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown
The full-service Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown, featuring Italian-influenced design and 159 rooms, opened its doors in downtown Nashville in December 2023. Guests can expect spa-inspired bathrooms, top-of-the-line amenities, and proximity to attractions. For meetings and events, the Corkdork room provides 1,150 square feet of space suitable for board meetings and training sessions, with flexible setup options including banquet and classroom arrangements. Drift Nashville
Drift Nashville, the eagerly awaited boutique hotel by TMC Hospitality, opened in March. Situated east of the river, it provides convenient access to vibrant neighborhoods like East Nashville, Germantown, and Downtown Nashville. Leveraging its success with brands on the West Coast, TMC Hospitality brings a touch of sunshine to Music City. Hyatt Place Nashville / Green Hills opened its doors in December, offering a 129-room full-service hotel located in the affluent Green Hills neighborhood. Situated just a short drive from Nashville’s iconic Music Row and prestigious area colleges such as Lipscomb and Fisk Universities, as well as the Grand Ole Opry, the hotel provides convenient access to notable attractions. The hotel’s Bedford room is a versatile venue spanning 1,096 square feet. It can accommodate up to 120 people for receptions or 78 seated guests, making it an ideal choice for various types of gatherings.

The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo
The Hotel Chalet at The Choo Choo in Chattanooga, located just under two hours southeast of Nashville, offers an ideal setting for team-building retreats. This newly renovated landmark hotel seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities across its 127 guest rooms, including 25 restored Pullman train carriages from the 1920s and '60s, providing guests with a unique stay experience. Dining options include Elsie’s Daughter, an Appalachian bistro offering a variety of shareable dishes, old-world spirits, and Italian aperitifs. Queen of Hearts and Down the Rabbit Hole at Noelle Nashville
Downtown's Noelle Nashville boutique hotel, boasting 222 guest rooms, has transformed its lower lobby into immersive spaces from Feb. 13 through Memorial Day, inspired by "Wonderland." Among these experiences, "Down the Rabbit Hole" enchants guests for brunch and dinner, with a capacity to seat up to 56 over 1,400 square feet. Enjoy a boozy tea service on weekends dubbed "Mad Hatter Tea," featuring cocktails like the Cheshire Gin, Twinkle Twinkle, Little Bat, and I’m Very Fond of Tea, as well as teas like jasmine green, Egyptian chamomile, and berry hibiscus, alongside savory bites, caviar, scones, tea cakes, and pastries. The 1,055-square-foot Hidden Bar has been transformed into the "Queen of Hearts" space for enchanting parties, accommodating up to 76 for receptions. Creative concoctions and magical bites add to the whimsy of the experience. Both spaces are available for full buyouts, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the whimsical ambiance.

Amendment XVIII Cocktail Club
Amendment XVIII Cocktail Club, spanning 1,400 square feet, is nestled in the vibrant downtown of Franklin, Tenn. This clandestine craft cocktail bar pays homage to the rebellious spirit of the 1920s, featuring small plates alongside expertly crafted cocktails and an exclusive selection of spirits, wines, and beers. Revelers can elevate the experience with the member bottle club and personalized lockers, ensuring libations are always within arm's reach. The venue is ideal for intimate gatherings, including corporate events, wedding rehearsals, surprise parties, birthday celebrations, and cocktail classes, accommodating up to 50 guests. Guests can also delight in live jazz performances every Sunday.
